Temptation Resort Cancun...anyone been there?

I'm headed there in a couple of months and have been checking out reviews online. What a mixed bag. Some say it is the nicest and most exciting place they've ever been, others compare it to a Motel 6 with terrible service. Has anyone been there who can give me their honest opinion?

It was a whirlwind three days and I did things I never, ever thought I'd do. IT was totally out of my character and yet maybe not!

I've been to Cancun, and several of the Caribbean islands.

The hotels are just fine if you pick a good one.

Our problem was.... we went in February, and the weather was nasty, wet, and damn cold... had to go out and buy jackets.

The warning flags on the beach were 'red' (no swimming) almost the entire time we were there.

I would go back to Cancun again, but never in January or Frebruary.
