"DON'T YOU GET IT ALLIE,YOU CANT THINK ITS ONLY YOU, YOU GAVE HIM UP AND THINK FOR ONE SECOND,"Akira stopped and smacked herself to calm down.She took a deep breathe,What am I doing, I'm acting crazy. She is on a date thats what it is suppose to be."I'm sorry, I lost control."

He listened as she told him some of what happened while he was away, after her voice trailed of he sat back in his chair, sighing as he shifted back realising what she meant "you still feel something for him" He raised his hand to his head and ran it through his hair

Allie stiffened, "I...I don't know.."

She could hear Akira still yelling at her in the back and drowned her out.

"I mean...I didn't think I did..." she whispered,"anyways, what happened was I found out that before he broke up with me, he cheated on me....with Akira."

Did she still have feelings for Nick? Well, she did tell Nick that she did, sort of.

"I mean, when I saw him again...I guess some feelings returned. Most of it was anger though, I swear." She said, finally looking at him.

"Nick would never want to hear this about what Allie is doing and yet she does this in spite of him. Nick was my love and I love him dearly to my heart.Why can't anyone understand how I feel about him. I don't hate him, I love him." Akira said out loud to herself.

Max didnt know what to say, he just sat there in silence trying to think of something to say, but nothing was forming in his head. He didnt feel like eating anymore, she still had feelings for the guy that cheated on her. mostly anger she said, but what else had she felt?

Allie was silent, now stirring around her food. Was their 'date' over now? Had she really ruined things between her and Max, not that there was anything to begin with but...it had felt nice to have things semi, back to normal. He was quiet now, which worried her even more. She pushed her plate away, "So, um I guess the d-da..." God, now she couldn't even say it. "I guess we're finished here?"

Please say no, please say no...

He looked over to her,

"we dont have to be, if you want we could maybe get outta here and go find a bar, bus lets try not to let everyone know so they cant ccrash again" he smiled, and held his hand out to her

She doesn't deserve what I got but its her fault.Making fun of one's band is like insulting a person's soul.Akira continued to cry as tears ran down her face.She disliked anyone who insulted or made an evil comment against her band."that comment was the worst comment I have ever heard."

Allie smiled,"Thatd be great..." as the waitress came to check on them.

"Is everything okay?" the waitress asked "Are you finished?"

"yeah were done thanks" Max quickly paid for the meals, and held his hand out to Allie again, he leaned in and whispered into her ear "do you have any suggestions as to how we might slip out unnoticed?"

Allie laughed, "I doubt Liz will follow us....again. Of course it is possible...." She looked around the restuarant. Then giggled as a new thought entered her mind, "We could sneak out the window in the bathroom?"

Max looked with interest, "how do you know we'd fit through the bathroom window?" he said again into Allies ear but it was obvious that he was smiling when he said it. "lets do it, but which bathroom, one of us will have to sneak in, weither we go to the men or the womens"

Liz and Benji were finishing up. "akira you need to chill. Allie wants nothing to do with Nick." She was getting real bitchy now. Why did she do this. Oh thats right to help her friend. Liz grabbed her phone. To text Allie or not. No. She flagged the waitress down. "Are you guys ready?" "Yes" Liz answered. She brought the check. Liz and Benji both paid half. Only after a minute or two of agruing.

She ended up texting Allie. "We're headed to the house. Tell me the details when you two get back" she pressed send. Liz got up and headed for the door.

"Liz why did she give up and why is she putting up with me if she doesn't want me around." She replied to Liz.She followed her to her car and waited for a response.

Liz looked at Akira. "Give up what?" She asked a little confused. "Its not that she doesn't want you around. Your an awesome gutiar player. But I think its because Nick was actualy doing to her what she was accused of her and it never happened." She watched as Akira got in the back seat. She got in the driver seat and started the car.

Allie giggled then looked thoughtful as her phone vibrated in her purse. "I'll 'go to the girls bathroom' because I need to freshen up and well, I mean if you have to go to the bathroom to..ya know because you drank all that soda, I don't see why not. It doesn't matter I guess, okay maybe it does cuz you'll have to help me get to the window but since both bathrooms are right next to each other...I don't think anyone would notice." She smiled mischieviously.

"She acts like she hates me.Then she made some comment about my band that was completely overboard."Akira said looking at the middle mirror of the car.

"I'll sneak in then, but you gotta let me know if the coast is clear"dont want any other women in there screaming there heads off, not very discrete."

She laughed, "Okay...I'll peak my head out of the door.. that'll be the signal."

She stood up and walked towards the girls bathroom and then inside. "Hello? Anybody here?"

Silence.

Allie poked her head out of the door, so that Max could see her.

Max noticed the signal and quickly walked, well pretty much ran in, "ok lets do this" he said again almost laughing "we dont wanna get caught, well I dont wanna get aught in here, not too good for the reputation you know" he moved over to the window and opened it.

Allie giggled, "Since when do you have a reputation?" She stood on the toilet and climbed out the window, falling on some grass then waited for Max to come out.

"Hey just because I just make it up doesnt mean I dont have one" he was climbing onto the toilet, and makinghis way up to the window, getting his head and shoulder through, then his arms, then he lost balance and a foot slipped into the bowl "ahhh man" he didnt let this affect him too much as on his second attempt he flung himself through, landing at Allies feet.

Allie laughed, "Hm, whose worshipping who now?" She said playfully, winked at him, then started walking for his car.

"She doesn't hate you. Right now she is just in a mood. Like I said Nick accused her of something she didn't do but at the same time he was the one doing it." Liz replied. How many times did she have to say it.
