I'm always amazed to find that there are so many other adoptees out there. It's weird, but I find it quite comforting. It's not something that I would have chosen, but now, I'd not change a thing.



I always use www.wotif.com.au for hotels - they do last minute discounts. You can book about two weeks ahead.

yes it is not a bad site i seen this before but i already closed a place to stay
i asked someone that live in Melb and recommended a nice place but this is good site that may need another time

I go to the gym and hit my trainer.... nah we do kick boxing and it's great for getting rid of stress. Plus it keeps me fit - bonus!

See it does work.....we have a few people who would like to hit the boss, which would do wonders for their stress...not sure he would feel the same though......I wonder how I can get him in to a trainer's outfit

Yep I can join that fan club....hate the stupid timing of it and the fact I lost an hour out of my weekend and don't get it back till next year and with the market down turn it won't be worth as much next year...plus just when I was getting used to having more light in the morning I feel like I'm back in Winter getting up the middle of the night....now if only we can weave in something to do with terrorism, I'm sure we can get it banned.

Oh yes someone in Qld is changing their clock to match ours....the power of one....OK may not, afterall it is Qld, their too busy on the beach

stress is even worse this days i had a bad week, more then 4 days arguing,at the end it was not his fault only, i lost it and i had a vary bad temper,anyway seems i will be not going only me to melbourne we all going drive there thats something i dont want but when you are 3 people is is way cheaper this way.. if its all ok and nothing change till then i will be in melb..16 till 19 this month ok the 19th dont count much as we will leave early to be back in syd..

does anyone know a good cheap motel/hotel everything i look online seems coust a lot

Have you been to Melbourne before? If not and you want some ideas just sing out. I have friends from other states who visit so I know most places and yes even shopping...not a guy thing, but keeping women from shopping is a force that can't be overcome

The owner asked for 5k more, so I agreed. Six weeks, I'll be the proud owner of another mortgage!

It's a rental property, but needs work done on it. The person renting it at the moment wants to stay - so I'll not be having a pre-renovation "bash" until at least another year. Once the tenant has moved out...*watch this space*

nah just to shut uz up,

was drilling the door frame trying to make a 25mm hole to fish out a switch cable.. it was with the old rotor drills that take ages to slow down and a brand new auger bit,
anyway was half way through when hit some type of hard wood.
i was leaning forward originally and decided this wasnt enough force so i turned around and pulles the drill in while i lent by the side of the wall. with the force the drill bit burst through and drilled straight into my pants slicing the skin of my package like peeling a mandarin.

here i was thinking that shit id fucked my brand new king g's

funny thing was, i didnt feel it until going to the toilet and unzipping then saw all this blood all over my leg and briefs. after checking it out then seeing the damage i then zipped back up stumbled out to the hall screamed out for my mates and practically dropped from the stress and blood loss combined.

they rushed me off to canterbury hospital

doctors told me its one of the rarest part of the body that goes completely numb after suffering a deep wound although i dont suggest you try this at home kids
