I very rarely see spam. Do one of the Lit mods delete it? I have 5 previous spammers on my ignore list:

The ignore lists work. I rarely see spam, just the anti-spam messages.

It's not the ignore lists that make a difference. The typical pattern is that a "virgin" uses their first message for some commercial advertising spam, then someone reports it using the [!] button and the Literotica mods delete it. The anti-spam threads then remove the spam message from the "most recent update" in the forum lists.

On the matter of spam, even if the ignore lists don't work, I do still get a great deal of satisfaction from ignoring spammers, so it has some use
