After tomorrow morning

We all do that. The real trick is to enjoy the downturns, like the trough of a wave.

I am usually pretty good at that. I just hope that the good times last long enough for me to be able to look back fondly upon them when or if they go sour. Right now he's got my attention.

Oh, just ride the wave. Things will suck again soon. Then they'll be wonderful. Then they'll suck again. Get used to it.

Glo stinks, too?

Just her feet. The rest of her smells like a romantic Italian vineyard

They should go back to the times when they stomped on grapes.

Then her feet would be smell like dirty grapes and be purple

jee...guys...thank you very much for this!!!..i leave to have dinner and i come back to my feet being smelly.

perg..i will remember this when you come down.

Perg, it's almost 11:30 pm. I have been up since 7 am after getting only three hours of sleep in total on my mother's lumpy couch. Gimme a break.
Oh, sure, the mother's lumps defense.

Of course they will. And I wasn't necessarily referring solely to your relationship, anyway. More generally about life.

That's so I Love Lucy.

For the record, Glo, I never said your feet were smelly. In fact, I could probably name a couple of guys who'd construct shrines to any bit of Glo-ness.

You'd still have made a great I Love Lucy walk on, stomping about in the grapes.

In fact, there's probably a fetish for it.

*grin*

i didn't want to say anything ...but i have done the grape-stomping at a friend farm...it was a lot of fun and very sugary and sticky..but a lot of fun.
maybe there are even some pictures around....i'll have to ask my friend for those.

and yes we drank the wine when it was ready.

Oh, that would be fun, I bet. I'd revel in the idea that my feet were on something that someone would have in their mouth eventually.

Plus, you could do the purple-footed funky chicken.

my son did the whole grape harvesting experience whit his preschool class when we were in Italy...in September they took the little kids to the field to harvest the grapes, then at school they did the feet-stomping (he had a ball), the farmer gave the school a barrel where to store the wine, and each kid made his little label for the bottle....they bottled the wine in May...so cute....he was so proud of it...and we let him have a little taste.

dare i ask what is the purple-footed funky chicken?

So no climbing in the Bugaboos for us. But we have the trip all scouted now and learned that it's only a ten hour drive from here...a long weekend trip...

This just fucking sucks!

At least, you had good company.

-jealous-

Hey, you. It's supposed to be a secret that we're home so shush. How you be?

I would love to see those pictures.

Yeah. Mistake to drive the Golf up that road, or maybe just bad luck, but whatever, and you're right; I couldn't ask for better company. And this was also something of a scouting trip anyway. We will go back.

That sounds incredibly cool. I bet he was so proud.

No man (or woman) should die before learning the funky chicken.

Here's a pretty crappy video of people actually doing it:
