Jounar and I have the weather debate all of the time.

In Ohio, we have really hot humid summers, and very cold snowy winters. Temps vary thru the year between below 0 to over 100 F.

There, they don't change all that much, doesn't often get above 70 in the summer, and doesn't often go below 10 in the winter.

But they have hurricains!

I'll take my extream temp changes (relitive I know), over hurricains any day.

We usually only get the tail end of the hurricanes though...it's never that bad.

So who wants to come help me firebomb my current employers?

Yeah, I'm going to talk to my NVQ assessor, and if I can transfer my NVQ course to another place of employment, I'm gone as soon as I can find a new job.

You used to be able to transfer them I think. At one point I was training as an assessor, but the company doing it went bust just as I was about to get my qualification and when they brought it back into my workplace it had all changed. I refused to go back and do it again because I would have had to start from scratch, so I told them to stuff it lol.
