I've had a great weekend! lots of time spent with friends and silly movies (mummy 3 and hell boy 2) nd a nice long cycle today to work off all the pizza and icecream

tutoring is starting up again so i'm trying to see if i can cycle in to work, travel to tutoring and cycle home. did about 16 miles today. quite pleased.

my legs are probably going to be a bit sore tomorrow, it was only 16 miles but i normally only do 6mils at a time. plus i found a couple of hills.
I'm not so great at hills on my little 3 gear brompton 16" wheels aint so good for going up hills

pretty close to the same actually it feels great to ride again...had been a couple of years, sadly....but never too late to get back into it....for me it is a good alternative to running, which I love, but is a harder toll on my body..

for me it's a good alternative to public transport - 1hr to work on the bus 35 minutes by bike + exercise
