After two divorces, I'm in love with a gay man

I didn’t mean for this to happen, but shortly after my second divorce, I found Roger. A kind, gentle soul who took me in, cared for me and well, we fell in love.

I owe Roger everything, since we are living in California; I expect a marriage proposal from him shortly. Heck, we’re heading out to a fancy restaurant later this evening…that knows.

Wait, the thread title confuses me. You're not in love with a gay man, but hoping hr will be proposing?

Rogers probably loaded.

I cant wait for the first divorce, custody battle over the adopted kid, and fighting over who gets the tea cups in court.

Maybe they are butchy gay dudes and they will fight over the curl bar and free weights.

Oh it's supposed to be different for the gays?

lol

Most of these "marriages" are just political statements. I've heard there are people meeting up at the gay community centres (funded by taxpayers out here of course) and going down to city hall just to make a political statement by "marrying" a stranger. Homosexuals are by nature promiscuious. The whole issue is a sham to give a figurative middle finger to the hetero community, but whatever, people have bought into it.

Someone's not getting invited to the reception.

If you two have significant wealth [nothing less than properties around the world and a 100 foot yacht] and want to start a family I know someone who would fit right in.

May I call you Pa?

I dont doubt that one bit. It's my belief they could have had a national deal if they didnt get all flamboyant and middle america didnt have to look at two butch women wearing tuxedos and actin a fool on the courthouse steps all day on the news.

Low key isn't a minority groups strong suit when you give them an inch.

But whatever. Marry all you want. Just dont act like Morons.

You really want it in the butt, don't you?

renard_ruse pissed off because gloryhole clientele has dropped 75% in the past few days.

Stay strong, dude! Business will pick up.

No, I'm sorry, what I meant to say was, I AM in love with him. I cannot edit the title for some reason.

Ahhh, gotcha.

So I guess you're a (gay?) man too, then? How's the sex, really? Is it a hell of a lot different than sex with a woman?

Actually, I do believe you're right, I'm pretty sure even if you marry here, you are not recognized in other states, so what good is it?

They recognize you in some states like New York. If it still counts where you live then that's all you need, right?

You can't really compare the two they are vastly different. I fell for the person, not the label. I never thought as myself as gay, I have always dated and had sex with women, until now.
