And as long as the warden's not around.
I've no real opinion on seasons myself. Don't know that much about them. I just know they exist from the days my sister and I played bird dog for my dad.
First day of pheasant season was always a big one. He'd get all excited. Don't think he ever missed opening day. Never figured out why. Dad always seemed to get as many on day 25 as day 1.
I like Rugers - they are a very well made, stout, modular revolver. But steel is not necessarily the way to go. I had a stainless steel Ruger SP101 snubnose in .357 Magnum which was heavier than my Taurus Titanium Tracker in .357 Magnum - and it recoiled/muzzle flipped/belched flame much worse than the Taurus despite the lighter weight of the Taurus.Don't let the handle fool you, the S&W Scandium .357 is a light weight summer pocket rocket and no more. Steel and lots of it, like my Rugers, are the way to go.
Im a huge ruger fan my self...I dont own the super blackhawk, but they are the finest revolvers ive ever shot. I agree with you 100 percent bout the glock...personally I dont care for them. There track record is great though...amazing what can be done with plastic. My dad has some old 1911s that are broken in and have amazing action. One is a WWII issue and is really a great piece, the other is a modern COLT...its a good shooter but the action is no where as smooth as the first one.You want a safe, relaible semi-auto, get a Glock (which I despise but can't deny are fantastic performers), a Sig or the old standby, a 1911 platform .45 like my beloved Springfield Armory Mil Spec.

Enough is enough.
I have no idea as to what you and dolf have created for your own amusment, nor do I care. Just another form of mental masturbation. It's like rememberances of Pompei long after the volcano erupted.
And why is this name from the past erupting from your lips Perg? Have you been recruited?
Tell me, tell us all, why in the world should these names and thoughts spring from your mind spontaneously?

This thread is hilarious.
No, the post that prompted my reply is hilarious.
I see your partner in crime has picked up the thead as well.
Someone drops a little bait, well, just drop some more. Never know what you're going to hook.
Ishmael
Oh dear God.
You're hilarious, Ish. People think Hogjack is funny, but you beat him hanns down.
Hanns? Slip of the finger? lol.
Drunk racist woman hating paranoid ish is some funny reading.
What the fuck are you on about, Ish? I started this thread because someone mentioned Desert Eagle handguns in another thread, and I wondered if anyone had fired one or knew anything about them. I figured you and Heretic an probably several other people would have some knowledge of them. That's the whole agenda. My post about different calibers was exactly what it looked like, prima facie. Just a comment on the complexity and variety is all, and how, to someone without extensive knowledge of the history, it seems a little ridiculous.
Exactly what decision is it you would like me to make?
As far as alts, here are all of mine, which I have always owned up to:
Peripenguinator, created when the penguin-flooding prank was in vogue, and long retired. I tried to log into it the other day, and can't remember the password, or even what email address I used.
Bibbybobbyboo, a busybody parody, which I used for maybe three posts, if that.
Iperegrinator, which I created when Lit was all screwed up and people couldn't log in with their usual names. Used again recently when I had trouble with my account to post and PM Laurel and Manu to get them to fix this one.
Dolfsbuttock, created as a joke between me and dolf, and I PMed her to tell her it was me withing ten minutes of posting it. I also gave her the password, in case she wanted to use it. Just a laugh for the two of us, and never used since.
That's it. All created for a specific amusement and except for Iperg, never used again.
Answer two specific questions for me, if you can:
What "bullshit" did I start, and to whom do you think I'm sucking up with this thread?
There it is.

Ahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahhaahahahahahahahaaha!
rofl! Classic shit.

What jealousy, Ish? We're laughing at your paranoia.Well now, there's a classically profound post.
It's like getting double teamed by Tweedledee and Tweedledum.
Jealousy is just so ugly, don't you think?
Ishmael

His paranoia is legend.
I'm interested in the jealousy bit. Perg starting a thread about calibres obviously means there is some jealousy involved. Freudian?
No, no, no. This whole thread was an attack on him, are you stupid or something?Everything somehow gets back to people creating alts to mess with him regarding dolf or one of his other little obsessions. We're all alts and talking behind his back about dolf! Fucking hell.
I'm sure he's busy drinking his box wine and making another thread about obama right now.
No, no, no. This whole thread was an attack on him, are you stupid or something?
There it is.
