i had no idea how red my behind could get till i saw the photos! The redness doesn't last very long so i have never seen it before. It did hurt though. i considered my safeword more than once during the session but was able to breath through it and am glad i did. i absolutely love sitting on a sore bum!

Here are the implements. The black one is a plastic irrigation pipe that hurts like hell. i should mention the red bum was from a couple of different belts and none of the items pictured.

i like sitting on a sore behind because it reminds me all day that i am loved and understood. It could be argued that wearing a collar could do the same thing but it doesn't for me. i like remembering the struggle, work, pain and effort of the scene and what was put into it. For me i think it is about knowing he cared enough to give me that much attention. It is also cleansing. i have self worth and guilt issues and pain makes me feel clean and pure and i seem to only feel that way as long as the pain remains. As the marks begin to fade i need it again. i am a terrible brat and topper from the bottom. If i don't get the attention (pain, marks) i need to feel settled i will self inflict and the pain i inflict on myself does not give me the same loved and cared for feelings the pain he inflicts does. My husband was not a natural sadist and has slowly come into it. It has been a struggle for me to accept his doing it mostly for me even as he has come to enjoy it. He said last night i am getting more sensitive and actually needing less to get to a breaking point which is actually nice.

The pipe hurts because it basically has no give. i got the pipe last night after mentioning i didn't think the cane was necessary to which i was told he didn't remember thinking being my job.

i'm not sure the pics from last night would really qualify as "ropework". It wasn't quite as i remembered it or described in a previous post as i think i said i was both touching my toes and my wrists were tied behind my back which is of course impossible. Basically my ankles and wrists were both cuffed to a spreader and i was tethered to the hook on the door a few feet in front by a very simple harness. i could not move forward to get away from the pipe without falling. If i wanted any support i had to lean back into the pain rather than away from it.

This will probably be it as far as rope goes for a few weeks. i did order him a couple more books so that may inspire something.

Cupcake tie is harder the smaller they are but there are other harnesses you can do. My areolas are always huge. i used to be really self conscious about it but getting more comfortable.

mmmmmmmmmm i would absolutely LOVE to wear something like this everyday. i imagine the effect is greatly enhanced by also wearing the anklets, do they match? The emotional effect of wearing a collar handmade by your Dominant must be quite powerful. i get all warm and fuzzy just thinking about it.

i am allergic to almost all metal and haven't been able to wear any kind of jewelry whatsoever in years but your beadwork as got me thinking. i am not ready to be collared nor is He ready to collar me beyond a play collar for scenes but if we ever are ready...

Thank you, caz. Glad you like them. I've had a lot of questions about them both. A couple of people have asked if I would make them to sell, and I've had a couple of shops offer to carry them for me. Unfortunately I can't really make them for a price that would be worth selling, as the materials are expensive, and my time ain't cheap =P

Thank you, rida-chan. I spent a lot of time cursing my thick fingers while working on these. Another reason why time is an issue is that I don't work quickly on projects like this. My hands aren't exactly dainty.

Yes, the anklets match. I wanted the daywear collars to be different simply because I wanted to do different designs, but the anklets match to bring the gals closer together.

They both have leather collars for scenes, and sleeping when possible, but I did not make those. My leatherworking skills are marginal. I can shorten things, change out buckles, dye, etc, but I'm never really happy with the product when I make it top to bottom. I get along with hemp ever so much better.

By the way, I forgot to ask if you are allergic to sterling silver? MIS has sensitive skin, and sterling is what I use exclusively.
