go on strike and don't clean anything till people help you. nice warm weekend here. only bad thing I put Vista service pack one on here and the computer crashed.

anyway maybe don't sound nice to exept people to help on something i organise
but its also good maners to help a little when u finish eating and u see just one person running to pick up everything from the table and clean ..and even try to manage to do everything while u sit down and do nothing...

its different if u the only visitor its not much for the person that invite u.. but when u are a family and are over 23 people how can u sit down with out pick up even your plate .... thats what my husband sisters are good at and they came over very early i guess to slow me down more...

I could never do this.. i wont feel comfortable to have my ass on the chair while i see someone not even have time to do everithing

Vista its good but for the moment its not perfect for all the computers, need to have a good computer to have vista ..my son use vista cuz have much better and faster from what i have, thats why i didnt change to vista yet.

1 terabyte hard drive, 3 gb ddr2 dual channel memory, HD graphics w/512 memory of it's own. So the computer is plenty fast and big enough for Vista, just the service pack sucks.

but also a lot of people complain having problems with vista ..maybe not thats good..need to improve a bit more ... xp had some problems at the start too ..

Howdy all, I hope everyone is well.
Updating my life - it seems I was quite wong about my blind date. I got an sms (at midnight ) on Friday saying that he felt "ripped off". I've not heard from him since.
No matter, I've already moved on. I have another date tomorrow night. I have know this guy a while, so I'll kick his bum if he sends me a reject sms like that!

I also just found some of my photos I thought I'd lost (on an old CD). Perfect timing for my scrapbook class on Sunday. While we're on the pet theme...here is a pic of my brothers dog.

seems to be a problem with driver compatibility. it even knocked my cable connection out...lol

lol...have had visitors (2 adults and 2 kids) for 6 weeks, who left late last week (were originally only supposed to be around for 3 weeks), have had a trip to QLD (about 4 weeks ago to watch my football team lose by 2 points) and then came home and have been through an emotional wringer.

I am doing okay and should be online more often now my visitors have gone.....I miss you all, catch you soon

I think its law in Vic that after two weeks visitors can be re classified as free loaders... 6 weeks would of really tested out your patience but I can understand why they wouldnt be in a hurry to leave your company..

Since I moved house I have only managed to get the daughters lap top on line, need to run some cable so I can get my computer up and running so its all I can do to fight the kids for the net long enough to check my Emails.

Some friends I made Canada had one of them dogs with the different colour eyes but his marking were like a bandit's mask, dogs name was Jack, he followed me around their farm & sat by me while sitting out side enjoying the afternoon setting sun. It was funny because the guy I went there with to meet jacks owner said watch out for the dog. he was right I got a lot of lickiing & nudges for me pats.

BANDIT does eat pies, steak & mushys, she hasn't had one for a while but she does eat them.

ALSO been to knock down a few VBs too but not for breakfast.

I have had room temp pie washed down by room temp beer the morning after.

well the weather not the best finaly the pargola is up..after so many days

now that finish the rain will stop

The Birthday was ok, i guess everyone enjoy it, but not me... i was running around like crazy....what u expect no one helped that day ..the last people left at 11:30pm
and i had people over from 11:30am ...
anyway nothing new i knew no one will even bother even pick up anything to help
glad this is over ..one more weekend to be bad..and hope after all will be better..hope i dont see any of the my husband relatives for long time..
and no more birthdays like this had enough invite them all and not even help a little at that day

I think I'd be a bit shady watching that myself, for me milk is the only thing to have on corn flakes then wash that down with a beer.

I guess i should add a Hi to all the other wonderfull people on here, I do still drop by from time to time (when the kids allow me access to the computer) life is good here, still working long hours and keeping very busy in my free time with kids, boat building, bike and the rock and roll danceing which I still dont do well but I am getting fitter. I moved house over the Easter weekend and have settled into a new routine although a lot of my stuff still seemes to be sitting in boxes in the garage.
