They heal quickly. Trust me.I'd rather have to deal with that then 6 stitches in the naughty bits, count yourself lucky...

How long has it been?In theory. I wish they would cause I'm still having issues and they said it would be fine in 7-10 days. Still taking ibyprofen regularly, it's the only thing that keeps me from having too much pain. Still have to be careful sitting down and getting up, been handing Hunter to hubby when I get up. At least I can walk around now, but still gotta sit on a pillow to feel comfortable, lol. But got an appointment on monday to see how things are.
Unrelated but related at the same time: I'm gonna cry, none for me for another 4 weeks or so...*cries*

Honey... my SMALLEST one was 9 lbs 3 1/2 oz. Don't have to tell me about not-so-small kiddos and natural births.10 days, he was born March 10th. Apparently the midwife said that there are 4 classes of tearing, I ended up with borderline class 3. At least 6 stitches, some internal. Took 3 shots for her to be able to do all the stitches. Then again that's what happens when one gives birth naturally to a not so small baby, lol.
Been using my tucks pads constantly, icing at least once a day. So I'm definitely taking care of things, could be my hypoglycemia kicking in and making he heal slowly...

hmmmm...
Depends on if you consider swinging to be a sport. What? You think my butt looks good in knickers or something???
maybe. I'm not at the right angle or of the right orientation to tall ya...
But I definitely enjoyed myself. And in what other sport does a guy get to poke women and talk about it as scoring without social repercussions?![]()

And she lied about the ten days. Ten days after giving birth it was still nearly impossible to get me out of the bathtub, because the warm sitz baths felt better than anything else on those stitches. Just take care of them as best you can, keep up with the ibuprofen, and give it another about week or so. It took nearly 3 weeks for me to even stand normally... But after the first about month or so you get used to it and they really do heal fast.

No, the big feat was the firstborn. 10 lbs 8 oz, natural birth. That one was a bitch. LOL...Where do you get the stuff for the sitz baths? That's something that was mentioned to me at some point but I totally forgot to ask about.
But damn do I admire you, that's one hell of a feat to accomplish.
-could fix that-hmmmmm... point of view question, that...
Okay, in what other Olympic sport...
my quads are killing me though... not used to that stance.
-could fix that-
Heh... Just wait til you go back. It gets worse, remember?yes, your services would be wonderful tonight... okay, any night. But tonight even more so...
It wasn't quite a class 3, though damn close to it. As I said tucks pads work wonders, especially since I learned to keep them on instead of just patting with them to clean.7-10 days with a class 1 tear, yeah.
A Class three? Nope. No way, no how. Three to four weeks with reminders that it was stitched every now and then for another month or so.
Damn, definitely a feat. I so admire you even more now. Not sure I would have been able to do that naturally, probably have to get a c section as I'm not so sure my hips could handle that. No, the big feat was the firstborn. 10 lbs 8 oz, natural birth. That one was a bitch. LOL...
For the sitz baths I just used a little bit of epsom salt and warm water, or just plain warm water. Mostly just plain water.
BTW, Mrs. DL, with all due respect to the fact that I like your prior AV's quite well...
This one fucking rocks!![]()
Yes, well, the doc expected him to be about 7 lbs because of the way he sat. The doc was wrong. And the first words out of his mouth at the delivery: "Holy shit he's big!"It wasn't quite a class 3, though damn close to it.
