Most cases of this sort of cock modification does involve opening up the urethra. When they pee it will exit the body at the point where the split comes together - and I expect it could be a bit messy, depending on how the opening was done.

Who knows why we do what we do :confused:

Some of the slip cocks are self-done and I have never heard of an MD doing such a procedure.
