K, SO...the one thing i hate most about texas?


the weather. this is insane. the tree to the south of the house wants in and has been smacking the roof all night. crazy crazy weather and now the thunderstorms have started.

Thank god that's over.

I cried. But only a little bit and only when I mentioned how upset she was over being called "trailer trash".

May be the best thing that could've happened. The fact that she'd left the school dance an hour early in tears helped our cause no end. Seems she's no longer seen as the evil party and they're looking for a third party - the unknown shit stirrer.

Perhaps some good will come of this. I hope so.

That's a piece of cake, Vella, in comparison to what the folks way up north in Witchita Falls had to deal with yeasterday. At one time, the area had weather warnings for both tornados and blowing snow 'cause a "blue norther" was coming through.

As for me, well... I guess I'm kinda drained. I have stuff to do, I kind of want to do it, but I'm not sure I'm 'with it' enough... I dunno. If I do my assessment, but cock it up because I'm not on the ball, that would be bad, but am I just making excuses not to do it? As for the other stuff, well... I guess I could go for a little walk and buy some pitta breads. A walk might help, actually... but can I get myself off the sofa? That is truly the question...

Hubby always asks if Ill move south, sure, but I don't want to be in any of the gulf states or the east coast due to hurricanes, dont want to be around Kansas and the tornado alley areas, dont want to be in the west due to earthquakes, so right now, I guess Im staying put! lol

C- oops- mood, not too shabby good weekend, got the whole family +2 to go with me to church on Sunday. Had to bribe the young men with breakfast out but it worked!
