I looked around for a festive one, and here's what I found.

Click the 'User CP' link. Then click 'Edit Avatar' on the left. Upload the avatar, and you should be good to go.

Well, that's a bit of a problem. This is no 'Edit Avatar' when I click User CP. There's 'Edit Profile Picture', which I added a pic to, but the word 'Avatar' doesn't appear on the page.

Ooops. You don't get an Avatar until you hit a certain number of posts, 100 I think.
