Secret Santa Sent & Received:

if we have to wait until the 18th i think we should use the time in kiritimati as the start point midnight there would be ok with me *nods*

Sure, sure. You never did show up to fix that doorknob. It still isn't right.

Sorry sweetie.

I was temporarily detained by this lady named Trixie who wanted me to fix her plumbing.

After I was finished we fell asleep.

But she fed me breakfast. ;)

I'll bring my tool kit on monday. :D

And then can you stop by my house?

Of course I can pretty witch.

What problems are you having?

The clutch slippin' in the sparkly bubble again? :D

I sent a while ago, but I haven't had internet at home for a few days now, so I couldn't do more than send EL a quick message to let her know when I was at a friend's house.

My post office is known for employing total fucking idiots, so I really hope that everything will go alright with the package. Last year, they contacted me a week (!) after I thought I had sent my SS package and told me that they had calculated the wrong postage, so would I please come in again and pay so the package could be sent.

They also just lost a package my mom sent me. She tracked it until it arrived in my city, but it never arrived. I'm now busy raising hell.

Sorry, I'm ranting, but all this hasn't left me with a hell of a lot of confidence in them, and I hope that the package I sent this year got out alright. I used a flat rate box this time, just to make sure the postage wouldn't screw me over again.

I also went a bit crazy with the bubble wrap and styrofoam fillers. I had leftovers. :D So... sorry, dear SS recipient, about having to unwrap all those layers. I just wanted to make sure the pretty bows were preserved.

I haven't received my gift yet, though I am intrigued already. :cathappy:

Nope. Just bored. I figured we could find something to work on once you got here. Oh, and bring an umbrella. It's been wet and gloomy for days.

I'll be there as soon as I can sweetie.

I'm sure we can find something to do to alleviate your boredom. ;)

And I have a golf umbrella.

We can both fit under it. :D

If you haven't received your gift yet, don't panic. It may be crossing an ocean, it might only have been sent last week or in the past few days AND the fewer days it's in your home the less temptation you have to endure before you can open it :p

Jen -well, *fingers crossed* that it goes through okay, then. I thought Royal mail was bad, but I've never experienced anything like that.

TE-how you fixed for a visit over the ocean? :p

me and Chronie haven't recieved anything yet (poo)
hope ours got to their destinations!

Is that an invite?

Ol' Fozzie's up for anything--including a visit to the motherland (Scotland actually).

I've been to England, though only in the London airport on the way to Amsterdam, lol. Wouldn't mind taking a tour of the Isle, my english heritage does go way back after all...
