I have Kahlua, Courvoisier, Grand Marnier or Jack Daniels. What's your preference?

I never heard of such a thing? Wouldn't the liquor dissolve the chocolate quickly?

Courvoisier. Thanks.

Can I eat mine from between your cheeks? Its just a thought.

I always love the homemade Baileys truffles a friend makes every year. I keep begging for the recipie but she won't give it out, old Irish family secret she tells me. But I imagine Kahula would be yummy too.

That's what the package says. It was a Christmas present.

The Kahlua ones are good, I just had one. Well two ... :)

If one *must* choose, Kahlua please. It has a nice smokey taste to it... an off-bitterness that counteracts the sweetness.

A connoisseur I see ... nice present btw.

I have Cherry Brandy ones. A cherry surrounded by Cherry Brandy and dark chocolate.
Yummy.

Here's the standard one, if it's the same:

Bailey's Irish Cream Truffles
1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
1 tbsp. butter
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions:
Melt chocolate, Bailey's and heavy cream over very low heat. Whisk in yolks, one at a time, mixture will thicken. Whisk in butter. Refrigerate overnight, or until firm. With spoon make small balls. Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, chopped nuts, sprinkles, etc.

Humm, she coats hers in a thick chocolate glaze, but I can use this for filling...thank you so much.

I'll take Kahlua, if they've all gone I'll take butterscotch. ;)
