Wat’s Carbon Water-N-Stuff Thread - Concepts In Iron And Wood!!!

dudly, you have no idea what skills/abilities I possess because you don't pay attention to what's right in front of your face. Instead you dream that your fantasy internet superiority actually exists when it's really nothing but gas bubbles floating up to the top of the cesspit you exist in.

Nor are you aware what my future plans are because you're not privy to them.

Instead, you masturbate to the sound of the voices echoing inside your impenetrably thick skull and convince yourself that you make a difference when, in reality, you don't and never have.

Good luck with that.
You sound a bit upset.

Go ahead and keep building speed boats and airplanes.

You sound stupid but that's ok because we all know you'll just keep on keeping on being stupid.

Remember; if I do create something more than what I've already done, it'll be another legacy I leave behind that someone in the future will value.

You, not so much now or ever. You have no idea how much I love the idea of the eventual finality of your existence.

A student, filled with emotion and crying, implored, "Why is there so much suffering?"

Suzuki Roshi replied, "No reason.”

~ Shunryu Suzuki

Many people think that: because life is so miserable, they seek practice to reduce suffering. That is, they practice to hope for a happier life.

But when we practice, we realize that: the more we practice, the more suffering we see than before, this is the right purpose of the practice.

But the difference is: when we have not practiced, we suffer because of a certain suffering, and when we know how to practice, we accept and peacefully face all suffering. 'When I haven't practiced, I keep complaining about my suffering, but when I practice, I know how to listen to more of other people's suffering.

I don't really want a boat either. What I want, is something to do that isn't 9-5 and won't conflict with the time my writing requires.

Maybe I'll build an airplane instead. A biplane. Maybe a Hatz or Starduster Too.

Completion of any of them is optional.

Right. I get that, the process and not the conclusion. The journey and not the destination.

I have cars to rebuild. Hot rod(s), too, maybe. Houses to build, too, and/or repair. Like Goethe, I have enough projects to last me another 100 years. Unlike Lit libturds, I'll get more done by Spring than they will . . . ever . . . .

You sound like a bitter old man, Harpy.

I tend to be critical of fascist pigs.

Cry about that all you want.

He's a neoliberal, objectively to the left of Bill Clinton.

You're just an ignorant leftist....a Democrat hack that just toes the party line like a good little NPC......why would that make me cry??

It's not only hysterical but strong evidence for my position against universal sufferage. :D

That's because you have this problem where you only see exactly what you yourself are.

I've done many, many, MANY things in my life, all of them positive. To name a few, but not all; I've served in the military. I went to school to become an attorney so that I could help others. I can and have flown an airplane, engineered a locomotive (steam and diesel electric), driven a semi, (including being able to back a set of doubles and shift a multiple transmission drive train). I can design and craft fine wood furniture with my hands instead of CAD controlled equipment. I can machine metal to spec, construct houses to design, and draw architectural blueprints.

I can play music on 2 instruments, and compose music for 1 of them, cook and bake to a high commercial standard, paint amazing landscapes in water, oil, or acrylic, ride, breed, raise, and train horses, shoot guns like it's nobody's business, and love like it's such a rare commodity I only have enough of it to give to one other person for all of eternity.

These things I have done.

On the other hand; you sit in your mom's basement grousing about how others make you look and feel small and unimportant so you go on the internet and bitch about everything and everyone to make yourself appear bigger than you really are. I know this because I made an entire law career out of defending and protecting my peeps while watching assholes like you self destruct through your delusions and flagging attempts to make yourself be something other than irrelevant.

You are nothing. Not now, not ever. A pimple on a gnat's ass has more purpose than you ever will because, despite being an irritant, the pimple is actually going places.

This is incorrect.

Suffering exists to show the student that perseverance in the face of adversity builds strength. The reason there is so much of it is because people, in general, lack strength.

So, a three year old child dies of measles because people in general lack strength? Just another one of the "mysteries" your god doesn't deign to explain to you, eh?

The child's death is a tragedy but Mother Nature designed the world so that only the strong survive. The suffering the child's death brings builds the strength necessary to continue to live, love, and bear more children so that humans as a species survives.

This is how life is intended to be. Your version is a warped pretend world that has only 1 possible ultimate outcome - death for all and everything.

You sound positively Druidical here!

By the way, how is your "version" different from what mine is? Don't we all die eventually? (Except for Keith Richards)

The difference is that neither Mother Nature, nor I, care if you die. Mother Nature's concern, as is mine, is that I am strong enough to survive.

^^^A lot of bragging about you and a lot of assumptions about me.

Thanks for giving me a window into the mind of an aging know-it-all. Watch out for those 12-volt batteries when you build your speed boat and aircraft.

I look forward to your TED Talk on your ground-breaking research about the molecular structure of water.

^dumfuckery content designed to ease your mental anguish rather than evidence anything remotely related to intelligence on your part.

But you go girl!

You seem confused. If Mother Nature doesn't care if you die, then how can Mother Nature be concerned that you are strong enough to survive?
