What are we all writing right now?

Alright! I'm gonna do it! I'm going to write exclusively in tell mode! I'm not going to worry about bridges, dialog or getting the "flow" right. Just gonna get that thought down!

... Do you think it'll work to quite all those plot bunnies down?

I can't I'm too busy writing this :

Shaking her head the mother within her could not resist correcting,

Mary - Sweetheart, the word is holstaur. A hucow is a human who pretends to be a cow. And a minotaur is far less human.

On Jay’s end the three bouncing dots kept appearing and disappearing until finally they sent,

Jay - Mom, please focus?

About to write #328/365 of my challenge, and after I'll keep on with NaNo.

Today I also partially outlined an epistolary roman à clef as an open letter I've been meaning to write for Lit, but whenever I tried, I always dropped it because I couldn't sit on my pants. Just bullet points, and a clearer vision of it. I put leitmotifs for each recipient of the letters but two.

I'm currently writing a story which involves step-siblings raised together since 12, who get together as adults, so Taboo but not Incest properly so-called. The setup is that she was severely traumatized by her attempt to lose her virginity to a man she was in love with and believed was in love with her. He was using her rather brutally. Some physical trauma is also inflicted on her. She presents herself as a confident, independent goth girl, but had some insecurities even before the trauma due to the death of her father. The step-brother had some insecurities due to the death of his mother, but he's the one she trusts to help her through the hurt.

He steps up to the plate and does everything he can to help her heal. After months, she asks him to take her virginity, as there is no other man she could trust to be gentle and patient enough. After hesitation, he does. Though both had found each other attractive in a general sense, neither had had any particular sexual urges toward the other until quite recently. They do not fall in love then, but will after a decade of each marrying and divorcing their cheating spouses. This time around, he is the one who is more traumatized, as he was more surprised by the affair. Both had intended to marry for life. In their jurisdiction, there are no legal issues with them marrying, and there are no genetic issues with them having children.

Here, I want to explore the subtly different dynamics of a non-incestuous relationship that feels a lot like it is incest.

Trying to get through a prologue. I love the story, and the character even more; however the prologue is not a fun subject and I'm very afraid of not doing the emotional/ psychological aftermath of the situation I put my character in justice. It has to be right; it cannot be short changed, it would be an injustice to anyone who has gone through something all too real and I'm not sure I have the writing chops to pull it off. We'll see.

I'm 4k words into "Air E&V," a story about a guy visiting a nudist swingers resort for the first time.

Ive only gotten to some light teasing so far... damn having build a premise and establish character backstory and motivations... but luckily the EV crowd enjoys a slow burn...
