I’m so old I remember…

Can’t play British Bulldogs either 😔
Is that when you have one person in the middle of a field and 30 kids run at them and they have to try and 'catch' someone...? Then as the tables turn... that last smart-ass kid who has survived the running has to face 30 angry snotty nosed kids.... oh, those were good times 😆

We called it 'Bull Rush'

We also used to play "What Time Is It Mr Wolf?"

Kids were allowed to play outside... you knew you had to be home before dark... people had manners and said no sir / ma'am etc... we were read to each night, and you were not worried about neighbors. You actually talked and socialized outdoors.

We had a tire swing and this clown head that you could connect to a water hose. The hat would fill up with water and spin around and we would jump through it. Then came slip and slides... riding bicycles with cards in the spokes to make cool sounds. Penny candy at the grocery store...

We used to do that with cards on our bikes. We had Tarzan swings, just a piece of wood knotted on a rope, you used to hope to God that it didn't snap while you were on it
