I'm ticklish, and probably 'quite' ticklish (no real way to know compared to others) and while a tiny bit is harmless fun, I would never want to be restrained and tickled. I quite understand your viewpoint. I think some people find that being tickled is a way to lose control. There is definitely a power play involved. Course, some people would love to lose all control, just like some people who like the feeling of post orgasmic sensations.
