Zohran Mandami victory speech

So, you're advocating for the theft of other people's money just because they're millionaires?.....
You are constantly sniveling about how you support Israel, how you believe the jews are brilliant..... but yet, you love this jew hating, antisemite communist?
All communist are lazy, greedy and thieves, they steal from hard working people, murder indiscriminately ......
In all fairness, new York city absolutely deserves this radical Muslim ........
Oh, and you ain't seen nothing yet....... what has come upon this city will be unbelievable.........
I am not advocating theft. I am advocating the more progressive tax system that most Americans want.

There are hardly any Communists left in the United States. I knew a few and liked the ones I knew, Mandami is not a Communist; he is a democratic socialist.

Take a nap.

The top 1% in NYC pay 80+% of the taxes. Now they're going to move. Who's going to pay now?

Really? https://itep.org/new-york-who-pays-7th-edition/

Also, Bill Ackman who was critical of Mamdani before his win also changed his tune. And so did Jamie Dimon. I doubt if people flee because of taxes. If that were the case, millionaires and their mansions would be constantly on the move

I stated the exact same facts to that jackass in an earlier post...... I've come to the conclusion that these libturd democrats will stand in front of a oil drilling rig and douse themselves with gasoline then strike a match on themselves to protest fracking.........fuck me to tears......rolls eyes,,, shakes head......

A statement like that needs to be documented. I doubt the sophisticated, ivy League educated rich of New York City would rather live in dome dump in the south, where taxes are lower.

And they will in the future, as they adopt aspects of socialism, as the New Deal did.
The New Deal didn’t “adopt aspects of socialism” so much as it flirted with economic paralysis under the guise of compassion. It institutionalized dependency and replaced self-reliance with bureaucracy, the slow suffocation of our free society dressed up as reform. And after eight decades of accumulated red tape, resentment, and managerial arrogance, it’s no surprise the country finally snapped and elected Donald Trump as a chainsaw solution to the entire New Deal lineage.

Reagan and Trump tried to reverse New Deal reforms, but they could not because those reforms are popular with the voters.

Really? Dallas and Miami are hardly 'dumps.' Quite frankly NYC more closely qualifies as a 'dump' these days. Both of the aforementioned cities have made sure the electronic infrastructure is in place to support the activities of the hyper-investor/banker class and each have their own 'quality of life' draws. The point is the emigration has already started and Mandami's election will merely accelerate the process. You may want to research TXSE and/or MISE.

You can't honestly believe by giving ALL New Yorkers free transit, AND government run grocery stores, it will make the city more affordable, can you? Who is going to pay the salaries of the bus drivers? The 1%'ers?
Since they're municipal employees, the city already pays them. That won't be changing.

Just how long will those 1%ers tolerate this, before they move to Connecticut?
The ones who are as selfish and callous as you probably all moved there years ago already.

By then the city will be destroyed.
You have been claiming for years that it already is destroyed. Which is it?

Yes indeed the city pays its transit drivers, BUT with zero income being collected (see free busses), where is money coming from for the salaries?

That's how bad Mamdani is perceived by intelligent people.

Zohran Mamdani's main goal is to make New York affordable again for working class people. If he succeeds the Republicans will be trouble, becaus he is obviously a brilliant orator. If he fails the Democrats will be in trouble, but probably not as much, because most Americans dislike Trump and the growing income gap.

There is plenty of money in the United States. All the government needs to do is to take the money from the multi millionaires and the billionaires who have it and spend it on programs that will benefit most Americans.
That’s the problem with economic fairy tales, they always sound noble before they implode. “Make New York affordable” by raiding the pockets of those who still create jobs? That’s not policy; that’s a mission statement that includes looting. The same tired socialist math never changes: punish success, reward dependence, and call the resulting wreckage compassion. There’s plenty of money in the United States, sure, until the people who earn it decide they’ve had enough of being treated like the Salvation Army. There's nothing in the Constitution that requires the funding of obese, purposely uneducated, lazy people. It promises liberty, not lifelong maintenance, the right to pursue happiness, not to have it federally subsidized.
