Good you got your walk in! How is your toe?

I went to the gym today. She thrashed me, as usual. I have a new PR! I can overhead press 105 lbs!

Toe is good, swelling and bruising going away, but now my heel hurts when I walk on bare floors? Doesn’t hurt when I walk in any shoe…Oh the joys of age.

Today is rest day, need to get my docs signatures to send off to the home office. Should be signed back off in short order.

Cooked for the tribe last night, big hit all around. Cheesy pasta dish that hit the spot on a windy misty night. Got momma’s new TeeVee set up…not a simple endeavor anymore. Between the Q-code set up and updates…I punted and let the kids set it up.

The new powder room looks fantastic BTW!

My father and grandfather were arborists...I love trees too. And plants & shrubs and the forests, but not poison ivy...I always seem to find it though.

I was at the er with my mom, she fell and hit her head in front of me!. She seems Okayish right ok, her head damaged the thing she hit it with. Metal, her head bent metal!

She is tough!!

Poison ivy is horrible. I am so allergic to it. But knock wood… it’s been some time and I am pretty good at identifying it.

It vines up on a lot of trees in our woods and I cut the vine near the bottom and spray roundup in the open root. Usually gets it… but there’s thousands of trees…

Work stuff. Not very exciting.

I have two jobs so I am here on a change management PrOject (spoken like a Canadian) but I am also connecting with all of my sales colleagues at the same time - they have seven different divisions here I the Toronto office so lots of different biz development people to catch up with, get the local scoop and see what’s shakin.

Identify jewelweed (usually grows next to the ivy) if you get in it use as an itch preventer..
