Today was kinda easy at work, but I had to spend time figuring out what to do at the next job. I really need to try to assemble a battle plan tomorrow. It also is dawning on me that I'm going to be a bit pissed when I have to turn this job over to one of the knuckleheads and then they assrape the damned thing - the thing I have kind of broken the mold to make sure it doesn't suck. It doesn't suck now. It might well achieve suckage.

Extra Strength BC Powder -
Active Ingredients are Acetaminophen (500mg), Aspirin (500mg) and Caffeine (65mg)

Goody's Powder -
Active Ingredients are Acetaminophen (325 mg), Aspirin (500mg) and Caffeine (65mg)

Both contain fillers and maybe artificial sweeteners, too.

Alka-Seltzer Plus -
Active Ingredients are:
Acetaminophen - NSAID
Dextromethorphan - cough supressant
Chlorpheniramine - antihistamine
Phenylephrine - nasal decongestant

Some formulations of Alka-Seltzer Plus may also contain: Aspirin, Guaifenesin (an expectorant), and Doxylamine succinate (an antihistamine and sedative)

If mixing the BC or Goody's Powder with Alka Seltzer Plus you are stacking Acetaminophen.

You would be better off with Alka-Seltzer Original or Alka-Seltzer Hangover Relief which don't have acetaminophen if mixing with either of the powders - just to avoid taking too much acetaminophen.
