I do too but it being such a tourist attraction sort of left it out there. But since we were only gonna be 100 miles away I figured why not.

It was actually very cool.

75,000 gallons a second go over those falls. It’s massive and the power of the water is amazing!

Maybe that’s where we should have our 2nd annual lit together!

Here you go! I was told by a friend I should have potted it in new soil or at least added plant food. I think I'll top dress it with new soil and add some liquid fertilizer. My friend also suggested mulch. Gotta get some of that.

Finally got the medical nonsense taken care of yesterday. Momma’s squared away and doc said she may only need two radiation treatments rather than three. Either way, she has one more CT scan to pinpoint the exact area with die then gets zapped.

SWMBO came down w a bug so she’s out of commission for the weekend…

Watched Control last night…biographic film on Ian Curtis of Joy Division. Based on his widows book. It was a good film but sad. Always loved Joy Div and I contend. for my money, New Order is the best of that whole post punk genre.

We do do things.

I asked my frwind to drop off 7 tons of rip rap. He dropped it off while I was gone. Right by our stream.

Which is a class one trout stream.

The DEP looks very dimly upon rip rapping class one streams. You have to move heaven and earth and apply for permits, get dispensation from the governors cousin three times removed. Kiss the godfathers ring, say 738936673 Hail Marys.. you get the idea.

So we moved 7 tons of rock (maybe more) with our tractor.

We moved it all about 1/4 mile up the trail to our other bridge which is over a class three stream - which is rip rappable.
