The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

Relatively well. She is plugging away at pt and ot. It’s hard to get her to rest like she’s supposed to though.
She is scared being without my dad.
We were able to leave her home alone for about an hour yesterday without any falls or catastrophes, so things are slowly improving.
I have no idea what will happen in the future and we are still waiting for my dad’s death certificate.
We all miss him, it’s hard.
I truly wish you and yours, peace, comfort and healing during this difficult time... my heart goes out to you and your family.

Are you asking me or @Greylag? I don't have a kilt, although I've considered getting one. IDK if a lady also traditionally goes commando under her kilt. Does anyone know? 🤭🤭
Let me clear up the ambiguity @Lilianna23 . Kilts are unisex… if you wear a kilt then tradition dictates you are commando. Just keep your G String in your sporran with your lipstick

I thought today was... I guess that'll happen when one has to wake up and go to work twice in the same day.

Have a great end of weekend, you wonderful Spooners!!!! ❤️
Working the schedule you do, I can see it is easy to get confused. When I was working there were times I found myself getting ready to go to work on a Sat. when I didn't need to.

I've done this. Right now, it seems I don't have the concentration to keep up with more than one. My attention span won't support it.
Like @Wat_Tyler , I seem to always be in between about three books.

I just finished “women on top” (women’s fantasies - hot!)

Now reading this week: “gods lonely men” (autobiography of punk rock band the Lurkers)

“Shadows of night” (ww2 espionage novel)

“To live and die in LA” (punk rock essays by various people in the LA punk scene)

I can’t tell you the last time I read just one book cover to cover.
