I believe on the basis of the alliable relevant evidence that members of the different races tend to differ in characteristics important to civilization. These are intelligence, obedience to the law, and monogamy. Because these averge differences can be seen everywhere the diferent races live, I think it i reasonable to assume that they are largely genetic, and the result of evolving in response to diffeent population pressures.

When mentioning racial differences I speak of average differences and different tendencies, rather than absolute categories.

I think the Charlotte stabbing is going to cause some change in our legal system. People are starting to see the activist judges who hide behind their immunity while they put the public at risk in order to foster their political ideology. As a result there will be consequences and those judges aren't going to like it.

Revolving door 'justice' has no place in our society, I'll give you that. We need improvement, and in cases like these, we definitely require more mental health support, less stereotyping, and increased funding to manage these issues effectively. Where is that to come from?

Dark skin does not cause low intelligence. It correlates with it because cold climates select for light skin and intelligence. Civilization selects for intelligence and obedience to the law. Orientals owe their high average IQs and low crime rates to living for thousands of years in civilizations existing in cold climates.
