I haven't had a drink for over 4 months until last Wednesday. That Guinness went down a treat.

I only really drank at weekends when we went to the social club to watch a live band

There seems to be a lot of people just deciding not to drink. I know a few people around my age who’ve just decided to stop. They say they feel so much better & don’t regret it. I think they hadn’t quite realised how much they were consuming.
There are some really good zero alcohol drinks around now too, and if you’re in a pub they’re often not much more thsn soft drinks

It’s a bit worrying . Haven’t caught the farmer yet to talk to him , he probably has enough to do. I assume they have to report it and find out what’s happened.
Cows are very sensitive - the rest of the herd were holding a vigil over them
