When I was working I drank A LOT or coffee. When I started to drink it black I lost 10 lbs.

Anyhow, big day today. She has a Zoom w her oncologist. I’ve got my DiL covering that w her. Then I take her to get a nuclear bone density check. Something like she drinks the glowing fluid and then I take her to lunch. We come back in a couple and they X-ray? We’ll eat well at least.

Hoping the news is good on the oncology front…

Was in a weird mood all day…probably worried about momma. Watched a cool Smiths vid on the U-Toob with an old Anna Karena movie as the backdrop. Not even sure if it’s officially sanctioned, but it sent me on a B&W pix rabbit hole. The next few MZ’s will be B&W shots…of famous people and not so famous. l used to participate in a B&W pix thread somewhere over in the playground…till the young’uns ran me out…

My Goddess's bestie is a physical fitness trainer... people take a couple of her tough workouts a week... she does about 27 a week.
It's taking a toll on her!

I see mine twice a week. She really pushes me, which is good. On Tuesday, she had me doing Farmer Carrys with 80 lbs. I had to walk out about 40 meters then walk back. Like a smartass, I walked back backwards the first time so she up'd my weights.

The rigs and platforms have medics, clerical positions, cooks, etc...
My Saturation Dive boats had cooks too and a good one is the MOST loved and respected person onboard.... if my cook ever needed anything, I dropped whatever I was doing like a hot rock and took care of it.

Cooks keep you fed!

He's dead set on changing the boat's crew change day (from Wednesday to Tuesday) and twice in a row, it didn't go his way... hence, to prove a point, he's been having (for lack of a better word) a di%&wagging contest.
When he does it next time, which he will, it'll screw me over, as I have a court date that's over a year old...
That's what caused me to consider the "leave of absence" I mentioned last night... sorry for bringing up my soap opera.
