Had OT and Physio today. Transfers from chair getting better, also started to practise transfers from bed to commode. Back and hamstrings loosening up and getting more range of movement in my core

Back in bed and in gown. Gf pissed off at me because I deleted a message to her in WhatsApp. Was just random letters that must have happened in the early hours while I was asleep. Phone ny my side, must have unlocked when I was adjusting position. She thinks I was awake at that tine and messaging someone else and sent a message to her instead of this mystery person
