Biden had people around him who controlled when he spoke, who he spoke to, where he spoke, what time of day he spoke, and even determined how he boarded and deplaned from AF1 and guided him off stages. The former president was pushed out of the race by members of his own party who clearly saw his mental acuity deteriorating with their own eyes.

He was the President and everything he did was valid in his position.

There is no statute that could have reversed Biden’s cognitive deterioration. His handlers did what they felt needed to do. Despite their best efforts, the public saw what was happening with their own eyes and party leaders did what they felt they needed to do. They should have acted sooner but fortunately they didn’t.
