personally I just like the way my tattoos look here! I’m hopefully going to a tattoo convention next year in Edinburgh with the artist that did Bertie the bat!

It’s a strange contradiction, really. I’ll tense up at the sight of a nurse with a needle, whilst I’m waiting to have my bloods done, yet I’ll sit perfectly still for four hours while someone scrapes ink into my sternum.
The silent equation in doctor/nurses heads always seems to end with: “You voluntarily endured that, but you’re nervous about a vial of blood?”

But it’s also one of those things that if you well and truly wanted one, you would put some dollar aside for it!
I have unfortunately been known to put aside £ to JUST to cover a tattoo from savings….but I’m irresponsible. Don’t take any advice from me… ever
