I decided to hang some things in my bathroom today. IDK why I haven't up until now. This is a metal heart sculpture. I'm going to put some pink polish on the nail heads because it bugs me.

I did have to climb on top of the tub deck to hang the hummingbird nest. I haven't hung the 2nd one because I can't decide how I want them. Ideas?

Before climbing on tub decks et al, check those window glasses to make certain that the glass is tempered. Your house is likely new enough so that they are. The windows will have that little seal in one corner like the safety glass in your cars does. It they are NOT safety glass, you keep your girlie ass off the tub deck and get Insured Professional Goofs to do it. Reason why: I knew a guy once - built his house according to codes of the time - and he fell on the tub deck and stuck a hand through the window, doing permanent nerve damage and losing use of a couple of fingers. Don't be like N.

Odd. I was sieving through papers this morning and discovered that I didn't pay the city utility bill last month. No matter, it's all paid now. There seems to be a glitch in my system. I'd set it up on auto-pay but one has to send them a fucking application asking for (what amounts to) permission to do that.


They don't need my permission to go fuck themselves . . . .

I prefer option 1 … why not replace the string with fishing line too so it’s not as obtrusive @Lilianna23

Great advice Wat… I do worry about some of the things people do without realising the dangers

So part of getting the boys ready is simple discipline… put your bum on the ground and keep it there until I tell you to move it. In this case we have all five parked, including Will who is becoming part of the pack. At only. 6 months it’s good to see him like this as it’s quite a lot for a young dog with the big boys.
