Read an interesting take from a shrink that there's no such thing as adult onset ADHD. There's also a lot of that developmentally related stuff that you either have as a kid or you ain't gonna get it. I suspect that an adult occurring inability to focus is related more to over-stimulation (likely from too much time spent on too many devices) than anything else, and she seems to support that with her article.

We have had our normal Gulf coast summer weather. Nice mornings and summer storms and lightning in the afternoon and night. Going for a walk on the beach this morning.
