I had such a productive day on Saturday! I even did some BOY jobs involving power tools! I bought a solar panel to charge the battery for one of my Ring cams.

I mounted it on the deck railing and then zip tied the extra cord. I found and used a drill to make pilot holes for the screws then changed out the bit for a screwdriver and got the mount attached. It was so satisfying to hear the thunk of the screws!



Some guys came to look at my pond/waterfall that hasn't run for over a year. Turns out the GFI was tripped. They gave me a reasonable price to clean the mud, twigs, needles, and moss out of the pond. This will get done on Friday.

My helper came by today. We put together a rack system for tote boxes I got at Costco. It took us two hours to do it, but when we were done, I had a rack that holds five large totes. I labeled all the boxes; they have the outside Christmas lights in them. I have two more systems; they will get put together after Halloween when I put my Christmas village up. Right now, my village is stored in a mish-mash of 11 large totes. Hopefully, I can consolidate. However, I'm going to get one more system today. It's the last day of the coupon promotion for it at Costco. If it turns out I don't need it, I can always return it.

I got two new CDs. Ripped and added to my music files. I've been working on a playlist for my husband's COL memorial. This has been an important step for me. I'm slowly working towards making it happen.

And, I did some work on my nails. They're ready for paint. That will get done tomorrow after shopping.

I'm a tired girl! Off to bed now! Behave and mind OM!

I made it up for my nephew will when he was a little little boy

I would love to have it illustrated and made in to a real book

GFR isn't the only indicator. Look at your BUN, Creatinine, and BUN/Cr ratio as well. Together, they tell a story.

Fortunately those were all within normal. My sister mentioned that since I had to MRIs in the past 7 months, the dye used in contrast might have affected the GFR. Any substance to that speculation?

Correct! I have always hated it. It was a "punishment" food; I simply wouldn't eat it.

There is no rush except that which you establish. Remember pace (go at your own and nobody else’s), space ( take what you need) and grace ( by all means give yourself some).
