as I understand the situation, team Murdoch contacted most, if not all, of the other people whose notes/cards/letters were included in the group obtained by the WSJ. Though a few declined to make a comment, the majority were fine with admitting that, yes, the papers with their names on had indeed been sent by them. The ONLY one DENYING anything is trump.

Now, while I'm not totally convinced the type-written note is genuine, I have no trouble accepting the veracity of the scribbled "art"... and the WSJ only has to hold up the evidence that they did approach the other authors of the material & their responses to invoke it as quite reasonable for them to conclude the one trump denies was likely genuine... or at least they didn't have any reasonable evidence to suggest it wasn't. In that case, defamation doesn't hold water since it has to be considered a deliberate attempt to dirty his name with untruths they should have known were out and out lies.

I'm pretty sure murdoch has taken it all into account. The very fact the WSJ included trump's denial and court threats in the same article, 100% with lawyer-input, means they know exactly what they are doing. Bondi's top deputy, Todd Blanche, submitted the motion to unseal the Epstein transcripts, as well as those in the case against convicted British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, just one day after Trump publicly directed the department to take that step.

In a Saturday morning post on Truth Social, Trump wrote that he has instructed the DOJ to release the grand jury testimony related to Epstein, writing, "I have asked the Justice Department to release all Grand Jury testimony with respect to Jeffrey Epstein, subject only to Court Approval."

The president continued: "With that being said, and even if the Court gave its full and unwavering approval, nothing will be good enough for the troublemakers and radical left lunatics making the request," he concluded, adding, "It will always be more, more, more. MAGA!"
