Much of this post is already happening. Rich people don’t live there anyway, they live in Connecticut, Westchester and the Gold Coast of Long Island. They do however work there. That hasn’t stopped and it won’t anytime soon.

If property values didn’t plummet with DiBlasio (they didn’t) they won’t with the commie. Property values in NYC are higher than ever with more new units being built every year.

It’s a four way race with two other Democrats and a Republican who won 35% of the vote last time. This guy ain’t winning anyway.

So why the need to destroy NYC? Westchester is where the power base is anyway.

* If you say no rich people live in NYC, you are either trying to lie or know nothing at all about that city. There is wealth in the suburbs, but the Upper West Side of Manhattan is the greatest concentration of money in the history of mankind. I heard that straight from Fed Reserve.
* Property values in NYC have stayed high due to wealthy people like my friends getting city pads and illegals/legals who crowd into apartments, driving up the cost. My friends in certain areas of Queens told me that there are areas where rents are already falling as illegals get busted and they have to rely on single families rather than 15 Salvadorans. This will all change under socialism. If they stay high, I would be very surprised. I do not see wealthy people going to South Bronx to replace Haitians. NYC is more than Seinfeld Land.
* Z will win. He has a huge base of liberal wealthy whites ("I support social justice because my great grandfather was a union organizer even though I am an investment banker"), the entire South Asian and Muslim voter bloc, and just enough latinos who want freebies, to win a landslide. Black and working white vote will be divided and he will waltz in.
Westchester has a tiny population compared to NYC. There is some money and lots reliable Dem voters, but they will have to take in NYC refugees. Let's see how
