part 11 of the China Pearl Inn

It is spectacular Tio very different that the Maritimes and Quebec.

I have an appointment in late July to work on some never issues.

They are in the mode of treating symptoms at the moment Tio, not settling on a cause.

Jack quietly works on his train display. He smiles and adds a cowboy & and a cowgirl to a herd of cattle moving towards some cattle cars.

As we age, cg, sometimes treating symptoms is the best we can hope for, and if it works, we can at least be more comfortable.

And Jack, I enjoy the additions and expansions of your layout; quite the complex microcosm. Thanks.

*a note flutters in from the ether*

My apologies to my co-writers, if it isn't my back, then it's this blasted cold I have somehow found myself with. I'll be back as soon as I can.

Tio, Cait good to see you up and about.
I pour a mug coffee and enjoy the sunshine streaming through the Inn's windows.

I trust that all are AOK and recovering from their ailments.
A bit warm today closing in on the mid 70F's

Jack finally decides on breakfast in the evening and orders an omelet, accompanied by buttered rye toast and a portion of sweet potato home fries. He sets down his food, turns on the electric trains, gets a coffee and ice water, and watches the rain in the garden as he eats.

Breakfast is a meal I thoroughly enjoy at any time. Trains are always appreciated.

Escapes I can use often.

She wanders in and pours herself another cup of coffee. How many does this make it? Four? Maybe. She shrugs and watches the room. She is feeling much much better although the cold she caught is kicking her arse.

"Greetings All. Sorry I've been away so long. Aside from being sick, I had Commencement to attend and there's plans for Friday and Saturday. I need to get busy and do some writing today."

I see you have been writing and I very much enjoyed your post to our little tale. I am glad that you are feeling better Cait.
Some coffee and touch of something special in it Miss?

The Inn is still as the sun sink below the western horizon, The day was cool temps only in the mid 70F's. A perfect evening for PHO and hot tea. The PHO with steak and brisket and assorted oriental vegies. Foe me a trip down memory lane.

Summer has arrived here. The temps edging the 80F's but still there is a craving for a mug of hot steaming coffee. I ponder the fact that we are truly creatures of habit.

Morning to any who may be about and to those hiding in the shadows. :rose: :coffee::rose:

Comes in lugging a large lump of fabric very similar to a large bean bag, dropping it with a schlump, would you look at that it IS a large beanbag. Flopping onto she squirms and wiggles her way into a ball in the middle. "Hi guys happy 4th..."

High Destiny I love the sensual way you wiggled down into the bean bag. :p
Happy 4th to you as well. 💋

Tio turns in his wing chair by the window and greets Destiny and cg. "Damn, I missed Destiny's sit down dance! Maybe I shouldn't always sit facng the window.

That a great idea Tio! Destiny's would you dance for us? You were very sensual the way you wiggled into your bean bag chair :p :rose::rose:

Having fallen asleep in her incredibly comfortable bean bag, she hasn't heard the request to dance. Stretching arms overhead and legs out straight she wicked deeper into the contents of the fabric and sighs. "Good morning wicked users of the written word. I hope all are having a good day!" Snuggling back into her chair she picks a fuzzy blanket from mid air and cuddles in closer. "I will be lurking about..."

Morning Destiny. You look quite comfortable in your bean bag and cuddly blanket.

Wiggling a bit more,"it is Cg. We should all have a bean bag in life to snuggle into. "
