I have to take my share of the blame, as it was my fault for "stacking" waaaaay to many OTC meds which contained them.

Glad you're more aware now.
Most OTC with acetaminophen have warnings for just that reason. Mix-N-Match dosing resulting in that stacking which can have devastating results.

I totally did this today!

I was showing my daughter the Polish American Club in whitehouse NJ where I promoted a punk rock show in 1985. (Agnostic Front and some band from Chicago who I don’t remember).

Anyway, I went up Kosciusko rd and promptly ended up somewhere where I didn’t think I’d be.

Then I had to use Google. PULASKI RD, that’s where the Polish American club was. I was only about 4 miles off.
