It's a big area, so when they say 'across Israel' it could mean a number of levels of emergency, right?

Fun fact: I posted before breaking news began to talk about Israel gearing up for an attack on Iran's nuke development sites.

Funner fact: This was going to happen no matter what unless Iran agreed to disband its entire nuke development program, including domestic energy production, because the whole world knows that Iran's nuclear ambition is 1000% designed to create a nuke bomb to lob at Israel and for not other purpose. Wouldn't bombing the upper structure level preclude anyone from getting out for some time? Just thinking aloud for a moment. If you are trapped inside the chances that you'd keep working on uranium production would not be happening.

Power must come from somewhere into the facility as a secondary thought. Cooling \for reactors as well.
