I have FINALLY caught up! I've been making a valiant effort most days but end up falling asleep before finishing. Please don't dock my pay!

Happy Tuesday, everyone! I need to get some sleep before I face my trainer.

Here's a picture of my lower deck. Springtime! It's overrun with clematis, roses, and honeysuckle. There are chairs and a table under all that! I love how wild it is! ️

Try not to let those thoughts live rent-free in your head. I think almost every woman has a complex relationship with her mom. Try to remember the good parts. The parts you enjoyed, that made you feel special.

Thoughts about recent posts:
Scottish lineage- yes my mother was a Campbell!
Complicated parental relationships- mother and sister had that and so did my late wife and her mother. I sided with my sister and my late wife every time whenever I was drawn in. I always supported them as both mothers were narcissists and placed sons on pedestals.
Air quality- not good here at all.
Adult orphan - for 20 years and still miss dad.

Have a good evening and see you in the morning.

Same with my mom. My dad died young; I miss him every day. I have complicated feelings about the death of my mom.

Growing up we had white and purple lilac bushes as a property divider between our house and our neighbor to the south. The colors and fragrances bring back some lovely childhood memories.

My friend stayed over for three days. We did a lot of drinking, laughing and telling of dumb stories.

And Beavis and butthead type remarks for the whole time.

My wife was rolling her eyes the whole weekend.

Did some shooting, old man bar finding (not at the same time) and today we went to the pinball museum and arcade in Asbury Park. (It was like going to back to my teenage years - one of my favorite places)

Just a few small things. Need shower faucet fixed and outside spigot checked.. may be broken from winter 99%sure.... and some faucets replaced ... they are worn out and ugly.... oh and check to make sure the pipes under the sink are OK. Had a previous plumber do some repairs and sinks dont drain right.... imo
