It is. However, YOU can't be her savior. You can direct her to resources for help. Even if you were in a committed relationship, it's not advisable to be your partner's sole means of support. I've been there and it did not work. In fact, it was disastrous for me.

Cookies for breakfast! 🤯🤯 I love that idea! One of the markets has cherries on sale. I bought the limit, 6 lbs. They're California cherries; good, but not as good as ours, IMHO. I will still probably eat some but bake with the rest. 🍒🍒

Now, I wonder if I can coax that recipe from you? 💞😘

Thank you to all of you Veterans, as well. Both of my parents were Vets. My dad went to Vietnam and was in Saigon during the Tet Offensive. We were lucky he came home; he very nearly didn't.

When my first husband and I bought our first house, it had a pool. Since I minored in Chem, it was my job to maintain the water quality. His job was to maintain the equipment and clean it, which he did until we got a pool guy.

Because we were young, didn't have kids, and all our friends didn't have kids, our house was the party house.

It's just after midnight on Memorial Day in the PNW. Today started out warmish, then got cloudy, now it's raining. Misting, really. I paid for my 11 hour sleep day. Only got 5.5 last night. 🙄😤 I'm going to try for more tonight.
