I hate that feeling of having to start thinking and planning to be two steps ahead so I'm not caught off-guard. Being hypervigilant is stressful.

He’s playing the game where he wants something and doesn’t want to work for it. Him being nice is a good thing, that’s not an issue to me. My ex and I get along great (granted, divorce happened many many years ago).

1. Be nice back.
2. Give him some ashes.
3. Do not design the urn or order it. He’s a grown adult who can do that.
