Mrs. Mitt doesn't have a ticklish bone in her body. It's a huge source of disappointment our togetherness as I am a giant flirt, teaser, handsy person. *Sigh
So envious! I'm the other end of the scale. So ticklish that it's not enjoyable at. all. when on the receiving end or trying something therapeutic like a massage. 🤷‍♀️

We are gonna have so many pears this year. This tree was old when my parents bought this place. I don't know what they are called. Mom use to say the were baking pears because they are rock hard and round.
Delicious - those are called delicious pears 🤤

WARNING: Daily Jealousy Quotient Exceeded
Uh-oh... looks like I need to detox a bit now :ROFLMAO:

Been catching up lately. My brother and his wife came over yesterday to help us look for any of my moms insurance papers, will, tax docs, etc. Her mind went so fast. She is in a home to help her get stronger and developed a home plan for her when she gets back. So much to do.

Finally got my truck and tractor from Florida and brought the last of the boxes back as well. That feels so good not being stretched in two directions. Everything that is "us" is here now.

So envious! I'm the other end of the scale. So ticklish that it's not enjoyable at. all. when on the receiving end or trying something therapeutic like a massage. 🤷‍♀️
I think it would be easier to adjust to someone that is ticklish. There is absolutely nothing to experience in someone that is not ticklish at all.

For example, can you tolerate someone lightly blowing on your skin? Using ice to help curb sensation? How about using layers of silk or satin as a barrier? Do you think it has a mental component? Can someone get very serious/sensual to alter your state of mind?

See! There's more to be experienced if your ticklish than not. Don't envy those that have nothing to experience.

Just my two cents.

I would be a terrible manager....
I would occasionally like to win at something and for my manager to not always take the option where underperformers aren't Molly coddled and given every opportunity to continue be an underperformer...
And where the option she pics doesn't cause me to have to do more work and for them to do less
Like getting older, being a manager is not for the faint of heart.

I do not miss it at all.

There looks to be some new folks in the group...

We run this thread a little differently.

Read the first post...goes over the "rules" so to speak.

I will summarize:
1. No religion
2. No politics
3. No drama
4. No hitting on the women-- dm the person if interested.... if they don't respond.... there is your answer.
5. For God sake read a profile before you dm the wrong person.
6. If your first post is heavy on the innuendo ..... you need to slow your roll

This thread is like the bar cheers or the corner coffee shop. We are FRIENDS here and not like other threads...we are fiercely protective of the vibe and eachother. If this sounds like a place you would like, stick around.... if not there are eleventy billion other threads that will suit your needs.

To get an idea of the vibe I would scroll through the last 10 pages or so and you will see.

Thanks

I just had an episode of my abd pain...it was so awful... with testing they ruled lots of stuff out... so either a food intolerance or gastroparesis

That is my diagnosis

I had to take a pain pill... I couldn't stand it

Almost barfed but was able to control that.... I hate throwing up...my moth was watering like no bodies business

Good night all. Be here in the morning.
Hope you get to feeling better and breathing more freely.

FYI: when I did the whole yard business but like half the country does at one point, I had to use something for my allergies. I chose a product called Zyrtec.

Amazing....at first.

About month 2 of my business, I started having joint pain and debilitating neck pain. Went to the doc and guess what? Pain pills. Ok, let's go back to work.

A few weeks after that I was worried about how much of them I was taking. Went back to doc. Guess what? You guessed it. More pain pills.

This did not work for me. I didn't even pick the new ones up from the pharmacy. I hate taking meds, so I don't take a lot of them.

That made my research easy. I started looking at all the side effects of everything I was taking.
I found it!

In the unlikely side effects section of Zyrtec, I found my exact symptoms. Muscle pain, joint pain, neurological complications. I had them all.

Switched to Claritin and the pain went away. I took my pain pills to the doc and left them there.

Problem solved.
