I don't know what the answer is, but I do think Trump has the authority to do so. Will he use it? I don't know. he should use it if he wants to remove as many, or more, illegals as Bill Clinton and Barack Obama did.

Deportations using normal process is fine....we started bitching when the covid emergency orders remained even though there was no reason.

None of those deportations required emergency powers and skipped court hearings when needed.
