I would say root canal. I have bad teeth and keeping teeth inside your head is always preferable. They have made root canal procedure really routine now.

It’s not fun, but I think less invasive than an implant.
All I've ever heard is root canals can be screwed up easily. And they are painful. Hope your info is better than mine.

Poll Question:

I have tooth that's been bothering me. It appears my two choices are going to be...

Root canal

or

Pull it and get an implant

Best choice?
Having pretty much had a skull transplant of dental work myself, if the tooth is still solid I'd go root canal. For the implants, a lot depends on whether it is for an upper or lower spot. If it's an upper, you may have to have a "pre-implant" surgery referred to as a "sinus lift" (at least that's what they called it when I had it done). It is done to add strength to the bone so the implant can be anchored safely. If needed, it can add several months to the process before the implant can be installed. Root canals now a days are a piece of cake.

Having spent 25 years of my life working for the govt I had to endure more than my fair share of "team building" events. 99% of them left employees even more pissed off than before at the inept management. We did have one supervisor that would occasionally take us all to breakfast for a unit meeting or maybe all go bowling. Much more successful than some HR designed exercise in futility.
Well would have been fun if the other team didn't win by cheating.... they of course denied
