The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

Today I have an iron infusion to correct my low ferritin numbers. I really hope I don’t have to be sitting for 4 hours. I think it will be worth it. I’m taking books and magazines for boredom and snacks. One of many issues as we get older is anemia and iron.

The temperature is going up to the 80s this week. Yesterday was the best day, a cool breeze and 75.

Too bad you can't have some of mine. I'd let you have it cheap! :ROFLMAO:

We had 80's yesterday. 70 at 11pm last night. Supposed to cool off to 40's later in the week, tho.

Korbel brandy was my wife's grandfather's favorite. It has a particularly strong following in Wisconsin.
Speaking of Brandy…I have an Armenian friend in LA that gave me a bottle of Armenian Brandy and Pomegranate wine! Now I just have to find a way to smuggle it back home…

Who knew Korbel was in the Brandy biz? I’ve always seen their Champagne but nothing else. Made in Wisconsin by any chance? Never been a big brandy drinker but excited to try this.

Back to the east coast today. Heading to DeeCee to tell them politicians the what for! If’n I ran this mans army…

Oh dear, it’s Monday for the rest of the world. Get back to work or get on with working hard at nothing all day…I”m in the later camp!

I’ll leave you with a nice evening shot MZ as we wrap up this theme…

The winery is in California. For some reason it became popular in Wisconsin. Wikipedia says something like 50% of their product is sold in WI. They were founded in 1880's according to the article.

Morning all. Early start of the day with meetings with people from England this morning.

Never knew any of this. ⬆️

I almost feel bad for shooting up that bottle of champagne! It gave it life though for a little bit of fun.

Even if I knew it was decent champagne, I would not have drank any champagne that was there. No idea how old it was or what conditions it was in.
