Raked up two more tractor buckets of rocks. Plus one out of the garden. Pelletized lime in the garden. Fertilizer over the new patch of lawn and lime too.

It's supposed to rain again, so will wait for that before tilling the garden again. Have some mulch for the new lawn. That can wait for tomorrow, too.

This getting old shit isn't for the faint of heart!

Your story about the wine that went bad, had me thinking. The guy who sold us the farm had a couple of old bottles of bubbly. I was a little bit afraid to drink them, plus they were cheap Korbel.

We got rid of it the fun way!

What do you do with the rocks? Is this a new to you property?

Pile them up around the edges of the field.

Rocks out of the yard are from plowing in the winter (gravel, really).

The garden plot is new, so lots of cleanup to go through. It's just rocky soil here.

Really good day today.

Almost no pain in my feet or back. So I can walk and work, but I can’t sit or stand. Almost 24,000 steps.

But now sitting, I’m feeling it again.

Got a lot done today. Mowing and weed whacking at the farm and house. Prepped the garden and beds. Set the rabbit traps, did a lot of weeding.

Gonna enjoy the evening!

He does sleep most of the day. He was good last night. I heard him once grumble that I had made his sleeping blanket which is too neat for him. He had to adjust it which made him grumble.

Mine comes over a paws me to let me know there is a wrinkle in her's. I have to straighten it out. But sometimes she wants me to cover her up because she's chilly. She's found little ways to tell me which she wants. Since she's old, I let her get away with it.
