Sometimes I have to do that, but hear me out. I'm in a wheelchair and if all the accessible parking spots are taken, I'll take up 2 spots in the back of the lot so I have enough room to deploy the ramp to my van and get in and out.

My pet peeve, People who eat or chew gum loudly.

Sorry if I hijack this thread. Parking with a wheelchair can be difficult because of the way other people park - When I come out of the grocery store and someone parks next to me like this, it is a problem.

Funny you say that. One time I was literally behind a limousine pulling into a parking lot at a deli. The limo pulled into the handicapped parking spots and parked diagonally so that he took up the spot, the striped off area next to the spot, and the curb cut so I had no way of getting in. Of course he was only going in for "just a minute"

I was the driver for my Grandfather who was on portable Oxygen for a few years before he finally passed. He would tell me to block in cars that were illegally parked. "Let em take me to court, I have a damn good lawyer, and the insurance will pay for the truck."
