Up a bit early, but as I was sitting here awake, I should weed one of my garden raised beds right after my workout.

So, once I get going it’s workout, weed the box, shower and work work work.

Morning all. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Forgot I have a doc’s appointment tomorrow and so decided to eCheck in. The intrusive questions! I wanted to tell them to F off, but I really need this heart doc…he’s also my mother’s doc so figured I’d keep it in the family. I get the health questions but the “do you have trouble paying bills” type questions?

We had a great time and laughed all the way through it. Yes…all WAYS are the QUEEN’s ways! The whole project (just getting the patio in order) has been a bit drawn out this year due to all the travails posted here…mainly her knee replacement. Getting her out there and back in the swing was big and we enjoyed it!

Social determinate of health are a new thing cos is requiring .... docs used to get paid fee for service.... so they do a test get paid exam get paid etc.... now it is value based care so.... all these quality metrics.. i.e. did they have a mammoth or colonoscopy? Are you controlling their BP, are you prescribing certain mods for patients with diabetes or heart disease ( there are a lot of them) and the sdoh questions are to make sure there are no barriers to you getting what you need.... but some of the questions are silly.... and check the box
